Boot Camp -Let Commitfit Blast away your inches and reach your new years resolution with a morning of Xtreme fitness, this program is a cross of aerobics, bootcamp and cross fit all in one. Contact us for more info.

HIP HOP - We are going to begin offering hip hop classes in January and also begin putting together a dance team, if you are interested stay in contact, more info to come.

PRE SCHOOL PROGRAMS

Cheer-Nastics - A combination of preschool gymnastics and introduction to cheer, in this class your child will explore the gym working on their self confidence and large motor skills under the watchful eyes of skilled staff.

HOME SCHOOL PROGRAMS - Are you part of a home school program and need a place to satisfy your Physical Education requirements, contact us for opportunities.

There are many opportunities for all ages at NW Xtreme Cheer, not only as part of our ALL-STAR program, but we also offer tumbling, and stunt classes for all levels. We train School and Rec Teams and help them become better all around athletes!

- All coaches are USASF credentialled and stunt safety certified. Not all gyms hold their coaches to these nationally recognized standards and soon to be required expectations for all competative gyms.

-Your young athletes will be coached by several National Champion Cheer and award winning dance coaches from around the nation.

- State of the art clean Cheer facility with 2 Spring floors, 50' tumble track, secure locker storage for each athlete and a parent viewing area, with AC and free wireless internet.

- Professionally choreographed routines keeping safety and USASF rules number #1, preparing us to compete with the best at several local competitions.

- Be part of building a new lagacy and setting new traditions.

- Our goal is to provide all of our athletes with a safe and positive environment, which allows them to excel and develop themselves; physically, morally and emotionally through competitive cheer.
